Sorrows of the King, 1952 by Henri MatisseWhat i think: I feel this painting is very cool it uses the colors in a very interesting way. The green and yellow are used as light colors to show what i believe to be light or hope and then you see the musican in black and the strange lizard thing in black which both seem very dark.
What it is Really About: it is actually about a song biblical hero named David and he plays Music to get the King Saul out of his sorrow and grief.
